Snow in abundance, a mountain rounded by time, spectacular points of view ...
Presenting the fantastic decor featured at the Parc national des Monts-Valin. Dominating the regional landscape, the imposing mountain has about fifteen peaks reaching over 800 meters high. Exceptional snowfall makes this a perfect area for snowshoeing and skiing. The Valley of the Phantoms is a can't-miss experience.
New cabins and shelters were added. During the spring, colours bring the mountain to life, along with a multitude of exhilarating activities. Several hiking trails across all levels of difficulty, for example the Sentier du Pic-de-la-Hutte, where small trees share space with arctic-alpine plants. Six lakes are accessible for trout fishing on a daily basis or in a package deal with accommodations. Try your hand and canoeing along the Valin River!
No matter the season, a variety of accommodations are available, from campsites to cabins, you'll find the perfect stay to suit your nature. To further enhance your experience, the park offers also various services, including equipment rentals, luggage transportation and marine shuttles. Just one glance on the Monts Valin and you'll feel like a Giant.
