Workshop Museums

Le Chevrier du Nord is a family farm specializing in the breeding of angora goats and the non-industrial fabrication of mohair garments. On the farm, visitors can see the goat shed, the spinning shop, garment making, the museum circuit, and the clothing creations developed by the members of the enterprise. Guided or self-guided tours.

Schedule: Mid-May to mid-October, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm; mid-October to mid-May, Friday and Saturday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Admission (taxes included): Self-guided tours: $2.50, groups and guided tours: $4.50.

Average visit length: 1 hour.

Sampling/fabrication explained (payin, upon request, service in English depending on availability.

Specialities: weaving, clothing.
